  • WHAT AM I PURCHASING?
    You are purchasing a new residential park home which is fully furnished, including such items as floor coverings, carpets, curtains, lounge & dining furniture, bedroom furniture and a fully integrated kitchen with washing machine and fridge freezer.
  • CAN I LIVE IN A PARK HOME ALL YEAR ROUND?
    Yes, Cherrytree Park, Denny is a fully residential park. This means that your park home is your main residence and there are no restrictions on the occupancy period throughout the year. The only restriction about living on the park is that all residents must be at least 45 years old, the park has been designed exclusively to suit retired or semi-retired people.
  • CAN I RENT OUT MY PROPERTY?
    No, at Cherrytree Park, Denny we do not allow our residents to sublet. Our aim is to ensure that we have liked minded residents on our park at all times for the benefit of everyone.
  • ARE THERE ANY PARK RULES?
    Yes, at Cherrytree Park we have a set of park rules which are for the benefit of all our owners and are provided to ensure that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and can live peacefully.
  • GROUND RENT
    Ground rent is £220.00 per month, which is for the rental of the plot on which the home is situated. It also includes the maintenance and upkeep of the common parts of the park.
  • WHAT GROUND RENT COVERS?
    Ground rent gives the home owner the right to have their home situated on the plot in the park.
  • COUNCIL TAX
    Council Tax is band A and is £955 per year.
  • PARKING
    Each home has a mono block driveway. Guests are asked to park in the main car park.
  • PETS
    Pets are allowed on Cherrytree Park but must be kept on a lead at all times. Dog fouling is not tolerated and must be cleared up by the dog owner.
  • GARDEN HUTS
    Garden huts can be erected in your garden with the owner's guidance and consent.
  • GRASS CUTTING
    Each home owner is responsible for keeping their own lawn & garden neat and tidy. Public areas are maintained and mowed by the park owners.
  • BIN COLLECTION
    Bins are emptied every week by Falkirk Council. Green bins one week, blue bins the following week.
